We randomly select our guards for testing and auditing by a third-party organisation adhering to world-class standards. This process ensures the quality of our guards, certifying that they are safe and free from harmful substances. 

Be wary of inferior products that may contain traces of lead and other harmful substances.

We warrant that our goods are free from defects in workmanship and materials under recommended use for a period of 12 months.

Same day postage for orders placed before 12pm Singapore Time; orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. 

You will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched. 

Our guards will be shipped from the warehouse closest to the destination (Australia or the USA), depending on inventory availability. 

The average shipping time to Singapore is between 5-9 business days. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. 

Singapore customers are responsible for all customs, import, and tax duties, should they arise. These costs will be charged through the courier service used, and an order can only be received once payment is made. Should a delivery be refused, the cost of the original and return shipping will be charged to the customer and deducted from any potential refund.

Absolutely! We have designed slimline and discreet corner guards with a 3M adhesive backing. This feature enables effortless removal without causing any damage to surfaces such as brick, render, timber and concrete.

Additionally, if you are mounting our corner guards onto a wet substrate or re-mounting them multiple times, an MS polymer silicone can be used for extra bonding strength. They can be found in any major hardware shop. Simply apply the silicone in a squiggly line down the length of the back of the guard, and you can guarantee that the bonding will outlast the lifespan of the guard.

Yes, the guards can be cut to desirable lengths/widths with a stanley knife or even a sharp pair of scissors.

Corner guards can accumulate dirt, dust, and grime over time. Regular cleaning can prevent this. Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and water to wipe down the surface. Avoid using harsh cleaners and scrubbing too much to prevent damage.

All Brick Guard corner guards are a covered by guarantees that’s cannot be excluded under Singapore consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
